64 Dovecote Road was the first out of the two sister sites to be developed, situated in the heart of Eastwood it is surrounded by a warming and welcoming community. Swallow Hill Homes developed the site to provide up to ten detached houses, 1 two bed, 2 three bed, and 7 four bed in total. Like all of our work, the site of 64 Dovecote road was finished to a very high standard from outside/public areas right through into the houses themselves. Swallow Hill Homes completed in Summer of 2018.
