The Heart of Swallow Hill Homes
Founded by Robert Bailey and Nick Smith, Swallow Hill Homes first opened its doors in 2005. Nick, as site manager, makes sure all onsite work is done properly, and that our properties are finished to a high spec using the high standard Swallow Hill Homes have to offer. Rob started specialising in Barn conversions & listed buildings in 2003, however since 2015 we concentrated on new build residential properties and extension work. Nick focuses on the internal specs of our properties, managing the site, team, materials, and method of work, while Rob principally manages new building work coming in, sales and managing architectural plans to planning applications.
Swallow Hill Homes takes pride in its work, delivers customer service to a very high standard, this is down to the effort and care offered by both Rob and Nick.
