14 New build houses in Wollaton Vale

We now have planning permission for 14 new, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom properties on the site. We have been asked by various people about a timetable of the development, as of January 2021 we expect the approximate timetable to be as follows. This is only a guide of our intentions and cannot be guaranteed in any way.

  • Demolition of 11a Middleton Crescent (2 week period) – Q4 2021
  • Construction of new access road in (3 month period) Q1 2022
  • Construction of foundation slabs or properties, retaining walls, green bank (6 month period) Q1-Q2 2022
  • Construction of houses Q2 2022 – Q1 2025

We understand that many neighbours have been overlooking the green gardens over a long time and would rather they stayed that way. The development will be a disruption  but we will seek to reduce the impact, our site hours are 7.30am-4.30pm and we very rarely ever work outside these hours. The traffic disruption caused by deliveries on Middleton Crescent when we built the previous property should not be repeated because vehicles will be able to be off load within the site. The development density is approximately half that of the previous planning application on the site in 2005
