The quality of build and standard fittings are excellent. Friendly and helpful team right from the initial enquiry when there was nothing but foundations, through to the choosing fittings and then moving in. Buying a home from Swallow Hill Homes was the best decision we've made!

High qulity standard finish new build, almost everyone who visits my home says this is the only new build they would buy. Workmanship is excellent and any minor issue we had was fixed. 2.5 years in and were still very happy.
