Swallow Hill Homes began its journey in 2005. First focusing on property renovations and restorations, the company incorporated original features with modern building techniques to create unique family homes.

The company’s portfolio has grown to include properties boasting beautiful locations, great local amenities for families and a wealth of Grade A rated features which makes each home enjoyable for a lifetime.

We have recently completed a larger development of 18 houses in Broxtowe. We take great pride in the quality finish of each home, we are proud to have received some fantastic customer feedback after completing our final sale.

Our team are now focusing on a development at Bletchley Close, we decided as a company in 2021 that we would build all our homes to a minimum standard of “A rated” for energy efficiency. Bletchley Close is the first development of this policy. The homes set the standard for luxurious family living.
