A mixed development of 18 houses on a vacant site in Newthorpe, Nottinghamshire. 80 Dovecote features a mix of 2,3 & 4 bedroom detached houses and bungalows, all detached on a southerly facing slope. The properties were constructed using traditional building methods and were built to a high specification using the same materials as its sister site, Stanhope close, Eastwood. Like all of our sites, the residents of 80 Dovecote were left with heated properties powered by main gas.
