NG7 bathroom floor replacement

An existing customer of ours owned this rented property. Their plumber had advised resealing the bath but they asked us to take a second look. Upon inspection we found corroded pipes and severely water damaged flooring in need of urgent attention.

We removed the existing bathroom suite and floor. Re laid a moisture resistant floor with chocks for the bath feet to help spread the load.

We fitted a high quality Hansgrohe bath/ shower mixer given the rental use of the property.

Nottingham Refurbishment & extension

This was a large contract which involved building onto a 1930’s house.

We built a large open plan kitchen diner downstairs with a boot room, playroom and for home working. Upstairs we created an additional en suite bedroom .

Bunny, brickwork & ceiling repair. Room renovation

Externally we removed and straightened up the brickwork.
We took the room back to brick and fitted insulated board.
We installed new lintels
The ceiling had sagged and we replaced it with a structural floor.
There was nothing above the doors.
We replaced the sockets with LAP built in USB sockets
Newly plastered before painting
The remediation work is now hardly visible externally.
