Our customer wanted the roof on their garden room replaced. After many years Various joists had become rotten and were letting down the rest of the pristine property.
We started by removing the existing roof which showed a higher level of degradation than previously expected.
We fitted a new window from Vale windows in Mansfield in the potting shed.
We used pressure treated timber overlayed with upvc cladding for appearance, new roofing sheets were supplied by xxxx, they provide a specialist cutting service.
We removed the existing wiring which was definitely not up to standard and put 2 new ip65 electrical boxes and a new ip 65 light in the new potting shed.
To finish we painted any timber with Scuff x base, as ever it’s very expensive but you can’t beat it for coverage.
