Completed July 2013

Started in 2012, Hall Farm Barns are a collection of beautifully built properties which feature restored 17th century stone work and exposed, original beams. Located in Sookholme, the six properties have been lovingly crafted to maximise their location, heritage and modern building techniques. This site was a Swallow Hill Homes development of lovingly restored barn conversion, which completed in 2013. Located in the village of Sookholme, dating back to Anglo Saxon times, and surrounded by open countryside. The name Sookholme is derived from 2 Anglo Saxon words meaning rich land by a stream; the barns date back to the 1700s.
