Based in the beautiful area of West Bridgford, this site is positioned behind the world famous Nottingham Forest training ground. The site was previously used for testing laboratories which were demolished many years ago.The houses were built facing the south to maximise the solar gain, the site now consists of 4 houses; 2 two bed’s, 1 four bed, and 1 three bed. Richardson Gardens was completed by Swallow Hill Homes towards the end of 2019.
