An existing customer of ours owned this rented property. Their plumber had advised resealing the bath but they asked us to take a second look. Upon inspection we found corroded pipes and severely water damaged flooring in need of urgent attention.

We removed the existing bathroom suite and floor. Re laid a moisture resistant floor with chocks for the bath feet to help spread the load.

We fitted a high quality Hansgrohe bath/ shower mixer given the rental use of the property.

The customer wanted us to use aqua panels, these we’re high quality 10mm K-Vit panels
