Externally we removed and straightened up the brickwork.We took the room back to brick and fitted insulated board.We installed new lintelsThe ceiling had sagged and we replaced it with a structural floor.There was nothing above the doors.We replaced the sockets with LAP built in USB socketsNewly plastered before painting The remediation work is now hardly visible externally.
