Externally we removed and straightened up the brickwork.We took the room back to brick and fitted insulated board.We installed new lintelsThe ceiling had sagged and we replaced it with a structural floor.There was nothing above the doors which explained the cracks in the plaster..We replaced the sockets with LAP built in USB socketsThe external walls were boarded with insulated plasterboard then plastered before paintingThe remediation work is now hardly visible externally.
