We are returning to a previous customer to refurbish another bedroom and the kitchen diner.
We gutted the bedroom but didn’t remove the ceiling. Doing this would have led to all the loft insulation coming down (and it was boarded above) so we overboard the room (put new plasterboard over the existing ceiling)
