The customer contacted us as they had staining on their ceiling, this was being caused by water condensing in the extract ducting in their loft space.
We installed new ducting with water drain traps on that took any condensation out of the property.
It’s never very pleasant working in loft but this roof had a high pitch so there was a good amount of space to work in.
As part of our quality process we ensured we took poke pictures showing the condensate traps have been fitted the correctly.

This was a large contract which involved building onto a 1930’s house.
We built a large open plan kitchen diner downstairs with a boot room, playroom and for home working. Upstairs we created an additional en suite bedroom .

Brick Pillar repair
The wall was hit by a car, whose insurance covered the cost of the repairs.
To get a top quality finish we had to source matching in bricks from a reclamation yard in Derby at £2 per brick.
The final job looks like it has stood for 100 years.
We renovated a house on Erdington Way in Chilwell in part exchange from a customer. The property needed some TLC and serious updating.
The ceilings throughout the property were covered in Artex swirls so we replastered all the ceilings.
The whole job project was completed in 8 weeks from start to finish.
We considered doing a garage conversion but the cost to ourselves as builders was going to be approaching £20,000 and in the market at the time we would have only recovered our costs but not made any margin. We therefore left the garage as it was. I’m sure the future owner will do it in time.
